I want to take my girlfriend to a romantic formal dinner, but what else is there to do afterwards?

I want to do something special for my girlfriend's birthday in December, but I can't think of anything else to do after dinner. It will be too cold for an evening walk through the park or something like that...



We just moved to the Nashville, TN area, and I was wondering if anyone could suggest some nice, formal restaurants, and ideas for things to do after dinner while in formal dress.I want to take my girlfriend to a romantic formal dinner, but what else is there to do afterwards?
December ... Nashville ... that means head for the Gaylord Opryland Resort to see the Christmas decorations and lights.

You could do a carriage ride. I'm not too familiar with Nashville so I can't really recommend any restaurants.
