I have roughly one hour in nashville?

i'm driving through nashville and heading to memphis for labor day weekend. we'll be passing through nashville in time for an early dinner (5/6pm) and wanted to make a stop for an hour or two. i was hoping there is a 'must stop eat' where the food and atmosphere truly describes nashville. i'm also hoping this restaurant is near a 'must stop see' for a quick scenic adventure before jumping back on the road to finish off the weekend.



anyone have any suggestions or recommendations? and i'm up for a little adventure. a local/non-touristy place definitely works for me.

Loveless Cafe is both local and touristy. It isn't near a "must see stop", but drive through downtown and stop near the Ryman Auditorium and Country Music Hall of Fame. Just look at the buildings in downtown, and you will want to return when you have more time.
