Places to eat in Nashville?

Planning a surprise trip for christmas to nashville and want a nice restaurant to eat dinner at with my girlfriend. Only draw back is i would like to keep the bill under $80 or so at most. where can you go eat that has great food and great atmosphere without spending an arm and leg?Places to eat in Nashville?
Margaritaville
Big River
The Old Spaggetti Factory
Demos'
The Melting Pot (I believe you have to make a reservation to this restaurant tho)
; These are all in downtown Nashville
(keep in mind if you go to downtown Nashville you have to pay for parking at most $10)

The Cheesecake Factory in Green Hills (about 20-30 mins from downtown)

At the Opryland Hotel,
there are many restaurants inside that you can eat at.
There is also a boat ride at the hotel called The General Jackson that takes you down the Cumberland River at night and you go past downtown which would be fun to do with your gf
You could go to ICE which is an also thing to do a fun thing to do it's a themed place of ice sculptures and the theme this year is Madagascar
You can also see the Music City Rockettes; it's a show that is very intertaining to watch full of dancing
(parking at the hotel is $18-$20 at most)
