Can someone help me find a Kurdish restaurant that will ship a Perdaplow to Bridgeport CT?

There may be one in Nashville TN. Not sure yet. You can help? Can someone help me find a Kurdish restaurant that will ship a Perdaplow to Bridgeport CT?
I find it here in California, but no closer:

But, here is a recipe you could perhaps use on your own:

The word Perdaplow means "Perda" is curtains and "Plow"

is wrap. This dish is popular in Iraq, and presented by

stuffing all the ingredients in the wrapped phyllo dough.

Yahya wanted to be more creative so he added a Californian

style to it. He added rasberrysauce for the topping.

Stuffing

Preparation

Boil the whole chicken covered with water

for 30 minutes. Remove from water and

set aside to cool. In a food processor or

blender, blend the onion and garlic into

a paste, and add salt and pepper. Cook

the onion-garlic mixture over medium heat

until dry. While the onions cook, boneless

the chicken and shred the meat, then add

it to the onion mixture. Until chicken is

visibly cooked remove from heat, and add

cadamom, rice, almonds, raisins, and eggs.

Combine thorougly.

1 whole chicken

2 medium onions

3 cloves garlic

1/2 TBS cardamom

4 cups cooked rice

1 cup roasted almond (chopped)

1 large egg

1/2 cup golden raisins
