What does it take for a 14 year old to get a record deal?

So im 14 years old obviously and i really want to be a singer. I am going back to nashville this January to sing at a restaurant and someone from big machine records is coming to watch me and i was wondering what it takes and what they are looking for right now??What does it take for a 14 year old to get a record deal?
