Ripley's aquarium is the most visited attraction in South Carolina so that's a good choice. They have a large variety of marine animals including the leafy sea dragon, jelly fish, octopus, nurse sharks, green moray eels, sea turtle, piranhas, saw fish and much more. You can pull it out of the water and hold a live horseshoe crab.
Dixie Stampede dinner and show about civil war, which involves live animals, lighting, sound, pyrotechnics, included singers and dancers, plus costumed servers.
Alligator adventure is really good place to go, they have many wild animals like snakes, reptiles, birds and more. Live alligator feeding, they located in North Myrtle Beach. So many mini golfs around, you can have a good time for at least few hours.
Another good attraction to go is Medieval Times dinner and show inspired by 11th century feast and tournament. You can also go and spend some time on one of the piers.
There is Imax 3D theater at Broadway at the Beach with giant screen, usually they show movies about Dinosaurs, Sea Monsters and it's all in 3D.
