Can you iron a paper napkin to remove wrinkles for a scapbook?

I have a napkin from Dolly Parton's Dixie stampede that I would like to remove the wrinkles from to use in a scrapbook. Will it ruin it?Can you iron a paper napkin to remove wrinkles for a scapbook?
I have ironed paper, especially patterns. start with your iron on low and dry heat. if you have some similar, a dry run is always a good idea. ConnyL

don't use wax paper it will melt. Dry warm iron. Use a thin cloth napkin over the paper napkin
