How do you get the cheapest vacation packages?

I am wanting to visit Hawaii and would like any info on cheap deals?How do you get the cheapest vacation packages?
I personally have found the best "package" deals by going to the following sites:

http://www.hotwire.com/

http://www.kayak.com/



By comparing all 3 I have been able to come up with some fantastic deals. I also use Priceline if I need just a flight, a car or a hotel.
